We provide a complete range of site calibration and function check services to measure pressure level, temperature, and flow transmitters. Calibration is carried out using dead weight testers with calibrated gauges, Druck DPI 605 pressure calibrators, temperature and flow calibrators and level calibrators
Our Quality inspectors are certified and qualified with International CompEx standards for hazardous area equipment installation inspections. Our document control team provides control of our customer's by coordinating deliverables from multiple contractors, creating an auditable record of what was sent, to whom, when and for what purpose via maintaining transmittals and document control registers that mitigates risk and provides greater transparency
We have partners worldwide providing Third inspection. With personnel who have over 20 years of experience we conduct stringent quality inspection in Vendor facilities to ensure vendor packages are delivered to project site no missing documentation, equipment lists, Ex Registers, Ex certification and misalignment with project completions database.
Focus and aim of our inspection team would be to co-ordinate and carry out all vendor inspections to ensure a high quality and on time delivery to site with completed documentation that includes equipment lists, all Ex Registers and Ex certification and with project completions database in compliance with all regulatory compliance requirements with minimum carry over work and minimum punch items.
SpecializationWe have experienced Ex inspection team who are well read and experienced in all aspects of Ex inspections for projects worldwide in compliance with IEC 60079, ANSI 60079, NFPA 70 Codes including API 500/505, ATEX Directives.
Project commissioning team will ensure that all systems and components of a project (equipment and systems) are designed, installed, tested, and operated according to the operational requirements of the project specification and OEM requirements so the equipment and system will function for their intended purpose.
Our commissioning team has combination of Superintendents and Leads either Ex pat or local highly skilled and experienced local technicians.
